We are passionate about Bulgaria. We go to Bulgaria many times a year and meet many people, both owners and renters on our journey. What has struck us is that many people have joined the gold rush to buy in Bulgaria and are buying apartments and villas, which they intend to rent out. They may well have everything sorted out as regards airport transfers, maid cleaning, contact details and the like. The biggest issue is - where do you get the visitors from?
