How much does it cost?

The first 6 month listing is completely free of charge.  There will be no invoice when you sign up and no invoice if you decide to leave at the end of the 6 months. There is annual renewal fee of £99 for the first property and only £50 for each subsequent property thereafter.  If we get you one rental more than you would otherwise have had, your fee will be covered, with profit besides.  You will be invoiced 12 months after your listing has gone live.

How do I manage the property, bookings, changes and the like?

All these details will be in the introductory e-mail you receive when registering.  The procedure is very simple indeed and can be picked up in only a few minutes.

Yes - you can list photographs as well as text.  These are uploaded from your computer to our webserver, so even if your PC crashes, we will still display the photo's.  If you don't have a digital camera, you can send good quality photographs to us for scanning and uploading.  This service is free for those subscribers that do not have a digital camera.

How do I know if I have an enquiry?

You will receive an e-mail to the address you designate as being the contact address for the account telling you that you have an enquiry via the website.  You can then deal with that e-mail as you see fit.

I can't find my property type / my region / my area, etc?

We have made the best effort possible to list all variables, but there will be occasions when you want to use a choice that is not available, say ‘castle' under property type.  E-mail us and we will add the facility as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to see my advert go live?

We ‘approve' all advertising material.  This is because, if it were a fully automated site, and somebody wanted to, they could publish offensive text or pictures. We check each advert to make sure it will not cause offence and then allow it to be published or, on rare occasions, contact the writer as the case may be.
