St Vlas is an old town situated at the end of the bay opposite  Sunny Beach yet only 10 minutes by taxi. It has a reputation as being good for persons with asthma as there are cooling winds from the mountains in the evening. It has a superb beach only 200 yards from the apartment with bars and restaurants.

In 2006 a new mariner was opened a mile further away and the area is expanding its benefits to tourists.

The 3rd floor luxury apartment was completedin 2005 to a very high specification and benefits from an excellent sea view from the balcony.

Entry to the apartment is via a rear staircase of the parking area up grand marble stairs and through a wide entrance door into the hallway. To the right are the two twin bedded rooms with individual bedside lamps, wardrobe and chect of drawers.

Ahead is the main bathroom containing full sized bath with shower over, WC and handbasin. Towels are provided and changed weekly. Beach towels are not supplied

To the left is the main room with fully equiped kitchen, dining table and chairs and a sitting area with sofa and arm chairs.
